What we can help with
- Which tours take you inside the cathedral, which reach the terraces, and which do neither.
- Meeting points — half of these tours start at Santa Maria delle Grazie rather than at the cathedral, and the titles do not always say so.
- Anything on these pages that has gone out of date. The Fabbrica's opening hours change for liturgical celebrations, sometimes at short notice.
What we cannot do
We are not the cathedral, not the ticketing authority and not the operator of any tour listed here. Bookings, changes, refunds and questions about a specific departure go to the operator you booked with, whose contact details are on your confirmation. Cathedral, terraces and archaeological area 9am–7pm daily. Duomo Museum and San Gottardo 10am–7pm, closed Wednesdays. Last ticket 5.50pm, last admission 6pm.
